Business Planning and Finance Session 3 of 3.

This session covers the key issues involved in developing your business plan and forecasting your financial projections for our business.

Who are these sessions suitable for?

Our sessions are aimed at clients who are considering starting a business or those that have been trading less than twelve months. The workshops are designed to lead on from each other, but please feel free to book into whichever you feel are appropriate for you.

This workshop is part 3 of 3. The other workshops in the series are:

  • Business Vision and Strategy
  • Winning and Keeping Customers

This workshop is delivered by the Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce. The workshop is free of charge and is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund, Warwickshire County Council and the District Borough Councils.
